Rack Class
Rack is the strength foundation of The Corner Gym. These 60-minute sessions are built to improve functional strength, muscle tone, and overall performance through approachable, effective training — without the high-skill movements found in competitive fitness.
Every class follows a clear, consistent structure:
• Warm-Up
Prepare your body for the day’s main lift with mobility, activation, and pattern work.
• Main Lift
A big strength movement such as a squat, deadlift, or press variation. Some days include a contrast movement to improve power and coordination.
• Rack Workout
A 12–20 minute conditioning piece using safe, simple, and effective movements — cardio machines, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, and bodyweight work. Built to get you breathing hard without overwhelming your skill level.
• Hypertrophy Block (12 minutes)
Finish class with targeted accessory work designed to build muscle, strengthen weak points, and improve joint stability.
Rack delivers strength and conditioning for the everyday athlete —

Track Class
Track is our conditioning-forward program designed to build endurance, stamina, and full-body athleticism through simple, powerful movement patterns.
Sessions combine continuous and interval-based conditioning using equipment such as:
• Running, biking, rowing, and ski-ergs
• Sled pushes and pulls
• Dumbbells and kettlebells
• Sandbags for carries and lunges
• Ring rows, sit-ups, v-ups, and bodyweight movements
• Wall balls and functional conditioning tools
Each class includes:
• Warm-Up
Movement prep and activation tailored to the upcoming block.
• Conditioning Block (30–40 minutes)
Steady, sweaty work built around machines, carries, loaded movements, and repeatable stations. High-intensity, low-skill, and accessible for all levels.
• Core/Glute Cash-Out
A focused finisher to strengthen the areas that support better posture, movement, and overall durability.
Track helps you build an engine, move well, and feel athletic —
without advanced gymnastics or technical barbell work.

Saturday Sweat
Saturday mornings at The Corner Gym are all about community. Our Partner Workouts blend the best parts of Rack and Track into a longer, team-based session built around simple, effective movements and steady-paced conditioning.
Each Saturday class follows a clear, approachable format:
• Warm-Up
Prepare the body with movement prep, mobility, and partner activation.
• Partner Workout (30–40 minutes)
A longer conditioning piece where you and your partner alternate work, share reps, or divide stations. Expect a mix of cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, bodyweight movements, sandbags, and the occasional barbell — all programmed in a way that keeps the workout safe, fun, and accessible for everyone.
• Cool Down
Guided stretching and recovery work to finish the session and start the weekend feeling strong.
Saturday workouts are energetic, team-driven, and built to challenge your engine without the complexity or high-skill movements seen in competitive fitness. It’s the perfect way to push a little harder, connect with others, and kick off the weekend on a high note.
The Edge Track
The Edge Track is our optional advanced-path designed for competitive athletes and members coming from a CrossFit or Hyrox background. While Rack and Track are built for the general population, The Edge Track offers higher-skill variations that can be layered into the daily workout.
This allows advanced athletes to express their skill and train at a higher level without changing the structure of the class and without affecting the experience of the general population.
Examples of Edge variations include:

Handstand push-ups in place of strict press

Chest-to-bar pull-ups or bar muscle-ups instead of strict pull-ups or ring rows

Snatch variations when the daily lift calls for clean or clean-and-jerk

More advanced barbell cycling options

Competition-style conditioning substitutions when appropriate
The Edge Track is 100% optional and only for athletes who have already mastered these skills safely.
It simply gives our experienced competitive athletes a place to continue progressing while keeping The Corner Gym fully accessible, safe, and welcoming for all.
